Based on some photos from the internet, I’m guessing this hotel has several different categories of rooms. The one that I stayed at is the motor inn style, but was still quite good. There are about 4 or 5 steps leading up to each of the rooms and inside is one queen and one single bed, along with a long side table, as well as a work table with 2 wooden chairs. The two beds were separated by a large night stand, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s rest.
The buffet breakfast served the normal hot breakfast items – bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit and toast. I also had supper at the Bistro next door, and they even allowed me to order it and delivered it to my room for me.
I noticed a nice outdoor pool as soon as my bus pulled into the Beachfront Bicheno. It was too chilly for a swim, but was a nice area for guests to go and sit around in.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
