Jiefangbei Square  解放碑步行街

I visited Jiefangbei Square at the end of a tiring day, thinking that there would be lots of street food to choose from. This isn’t really the case.  In fact, the area turned out to be in the downtown core and is a high end shopping area.  There are some stalls selling street food, but they all started shutting down around 9:30-10:00pm.

In the end, we grabbed a bite to eat at a nearby mall and then just spent a bit of time walking around the area before heading back to our hotel, which was located very closeby.

Regardless, the atmosphere of this square still makes the trip worthwhile.
