The last time I visited Seattle was before the Starbucks Reserve store opened, so I knew that I’d want to visit this store this time around.
It was a cold, rainy afternoon as we made our way over to the Starbucks Reserve and I’m not sure if it was extra busy because of the rain or whether it was always like this. But every single table, chair and empty space was pretty much taken up.
As soon as you entered the store, you are in the gift store, which is said to be full of merchandise that may not necessarily be available at the regular Starbucks locations.
Immediately to the right of the gift shop was a section that almost looked like a pub. But it was actually the cold brew section, with stools lined up against the “bar” and people enjoying their coffees along with some hot foods from the huge German made ovens that lined the back of the store.
On the other side of the store was another huge area full of food, but surprisingly not nearly as many tables and chairs as you would expect.
From there, the last section of the store was where most of the tables were located. There was also a section of artwork tucked in behind the tables.
Unfortunately, we weren’t hungry enough to try any of the food there, but I can see how this would be a cool place to hang out in if I had a free afternoon. I’m not sure if people would ever be able to find a quiet table to do some work though as this place was buzzing with noise.
