I had decided to try and visit Sky100 during this trip to Hong Kong and I was fortunate enough to be met with clear skies on my second day, so it was a good day to try and go up to see the views of the skyline.
I took the MTR to Kowloon Station, which I’d never been to before. Kowloon Station looked more like a train station than a metro station with super high ceilings and quite a grand feeling. Sky100 was much smaller than I expected and didn’t offer a 360 degree view. However, it was quite a nice experience to be able to sit up there and enjoy the views of Tsim Sha Tsui from the 100th floor of the International Commerce Centre.
The elevators which take you up to the observation area travel the entire 100 floors in just 60 seconds.
Once at the top, the first thing you’ll pass through is this blue tunnel before you are presented with the views of Victoria Harbour.
