The Beautiful Austrian Countryside

I had taken a 3 hour bus ride from Venice to Villach, in order to catch my train to Salzburg.  At Villach, I boarded an almost empty train carriage and sat down in my designated seat.  For some reason, two Russian girls felt the need to sit down directly across from me even though there were many empty seats in our carriage.  They hadn’t pre-purchased their seats, so they were free to sit anywhere. 

After an hour or so, I moved off into another part of the train where it was emptier, so that I could enjoy the view of the Austrian countryside.  It was absolutely breathtaking and exactly how I’d imagined it.  Unfortunately, there were no windows on the train, so I couldn’t open a window to take a picture.  I did sneak in a few photos with my phone, but as expected, the reflection made for weak photos.  Nevertheless, I think you can still appreciate the beauty of the Austrian countryside with these photos.
